Terms & Conditions

BOOKING & PAYMENT

To secure your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable and reserve your event date exclusively for you.

If you need to reschedule, SpinCity 360 Booth will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date based on availability.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to additional charges.

EVENT ACCESS & SETUP

Clients are responsible for providing adequate space, power access, and a safe setup area for the 360 booth.

SpinCity 360 Booth requires sufficient room to safely operate equipment and ensure the best guest experience.

Setup and breakdown times will be coordinated prior to the event.

LIABILITY

SpinCity 360 Booth is not responsible for interruptions caused by venue restrictions, power outages, weather conditions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for any damages caused by guests to the equipment during the event.

PHOTO & VIDEO USAGE

Unless otherwise requested in writing, SpinCity 360 Booth may use photos and videos captured during events for promotional and marketing purposes on social media, websites, and advertising materials.

Clients may request that their event content remain private.

SERVICE AREA

SpinCity 360 Booth proudly serves Buffalo, New York, and surrounding areas.

Additional travel fees may apply for events located outside our standard service area.
